Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, shredded - 3 item
- hamburger, browned - 1 lb
- small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- egg roll wraps produce section - 1 pkg
How to make egg rolls:
In skillet, place browned hamburger, onions, cabbage, carrots and soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender. Place 2 tablespoons mixture in center of wrap. Moisten edges with beaten egg. Roll bottom corner up and sides across and top down. In hot deep fryer, cook egg rolls until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
