Easy cabbage rolls
Ingredients/Components
- small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- instant rice - 1 c
- tomato soup - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soup can water - 1 item
- catsup - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make easy cabbage rolls:
Chop or shred cabbage. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Brown hamburger and onion. Add instant rice to hamburger mixture and mix well. Spoon mixture on top of shredded cabbage. Mix soup, water, sugar, catsup and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour soup mixture over hamburger rice mixture. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, One Dish meal.
