Ingredients/Components

  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • hamburger - 3 lb
  • can tomato sauce or catsup - 1/2 oz
  • prepared mustard optional - 1 Tbsp
  • large crackers, crumbled - 6 item
  • celery salt, pepper and salt - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix thoroughly. Bake in conventional oven at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Test with a fork.
