Spinach artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
How to make spinach artichoke dip:
Defrost and drain spinach well. Drain artichoke hearts and chop up. Drain green chilies. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into Pyrex dish and place under broiler until top is golden brown or in 325° oven for 20 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins. Yields 10 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
