Ingredients/Components
- mushrooms - 1 item
- jar salsa - 1 item
- olives - 1 item
- distilled water - 5 c
- lentils, soaked for 12 hours - 1 c
- season with spices to taste - 1 item
How to make lentil soup:
Bring lentils, olives, mushrooms and spices to a boil in the water that the lentils have been soaked in. Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 1 hour. Make rice according to directions.
