Layered taco dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 (16
- sliced green onions - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- 7 oz
- can refried beans - 1 or
- sliced ripe olives - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies, undrained - 1 oz
- beef flavor instant bouillon - 2 tsp
- chopped tomatoes, sliced - 1 item
How to make layered taco dip:
In large skillet brown beef; pour off fat. Add chilies and bouillon. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Cool. Stir in refried beans. In small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning; set aside. In large dish spread beef mixture. Top with sour cream. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
