Ingredients/Components

  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced green onions - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • lime juice or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced ripe olives - 1 item
  • or 16 oz - 2 oz
  • can chopped green chilies, undrained - 1 oz
  • ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item
  • container Borden or Meadow Gold sour cream - 1 (16

How to make guacamole dip:

In small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies. Spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean mixture spreading evenly. In small bowl, mash avocados. Stir in ReaLime brand and salts; spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover; chill several hours.

Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
