Ingredients/Components

  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • Philadelphia cream cheese
  • can cranberry sauce - 1 item
  • cream, whipped - 1 pt

How to make frozen cranberry salad:

Spread all the ingredients except lemon juice and cranberry sauce as bottom layer in a regular size loaf pan (wet, shake out and line with aluminum foil). Spread lemon juice and cranberry sauce over cream cheese mix. Freeze and slice.
