Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Mozzarella
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- minced celery - 1/4 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- spiral noodles
How to make layered italian casserole:
Brown garlic in oil. Add celery and sauce. Heat. Broil sausage 15 minutes. Cool. Slice. Brown and drain ground beef. Boil noodles until tender. Rinse. Pour 3/4 cup sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan. Add layer of 1/3 noodles, 1/3 Parmesan, 1/2 Mozzarella, Ricotta, ground beef and sausage. Repeat, ending with noodles, Parmesan and sauce.
