Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef
  • Quick Quaker oats - 3/4 c

How to make saucy little meat loaves:

Topping:1 1/2 c. catsup1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar1 Tbsp. mustard For meat loaves, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into individual meat loaves (about 3 x 2-inches) in shallow pan.

For topping, combine all ingredients, spread over the top. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
