Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- round steak
How to make easy swiss steak:
Pound steak. Cut into bite size pieces. In skillet, brown steak in shortening. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Steak.
