Ingredients/Components
- box long grain and wild rice - 1 oz
- sliced mushrooms
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- frozen diced chicken - 2 c
- broccoli, chopped - 1 lb
How to make chicken supreme:
Prepare long grain and wild rice according to package while rice is cooking. Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. When rice is done, stir in condensed mushroom soup, diced chicken, broccoli and pepper. Add sauteed vegetables and pour into greased casserole dish.
