How to make kielbasa stew:

About 30 minutes before serving, cut bacon into 2-inch pieces. Thinly slice carrots and potatoes. Cut broccoli into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces. Cut onion into thin wedges. Slice kielbasa crosswise into 1/2-inch slices.

In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until browned. With slotted spoon, remove bacon to paper towels to drain. To drippings, in skillet, add carrots, potatoes, broccoli, onion and marjoram. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add kielbasa slices and 1 cup water to skillet. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp and kielbasa slices are heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon. Makes 4 main dish servings.
