  • mesquite wood chips - 1 item

How to make grilled flank steak:

Cover steaks in fajita marinade the night before; cover container.

Soak mesquite wood chips in water for 1 year. Light grill; when coals are misty white and hot, put chips on coals. Place flank steaks on grill. After 3 to 4 minutes, brush with melted butter and turn, being careful meat does not flake. After 3 to 4 minutes, brush second side with melted butter.
