  • paprika - 1 item
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • rice - 1 item
  • can cheese soup - 1 item
  • box frozen broccoli chopped, cooked - 1 item
  • box frozen corn whole kernel, cooked - 1 item
  • little bits green pepper optional - 1 item

How to make vegetable casserole:

Prepare soup with milk; heat to boiling. Fill empty can with rice; add to boiling soup. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes, then stir. Set aside. Cook broccoli and corn; drain. Add to rice mixture. Add green pepper, salt and pepper. Pour everything into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through. Makes about 6 servings.
