Kielbasa stew
Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- coarse bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- large diced onion - 1 item
- cans white beans, drained - 2 item
- medium diced carrot - 1 item
- kielbasa, cut diagonally - 1 lb
- large ribs diced celery - 2 item
How to make kielbasa stew:
Lightly brown the kielbasa in a Dutch oven over medium heat; drain. Stir in celery, onion and carrot. Cook about 5 minutes more. Add beans, broth, salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with the bread crumbs.
