Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- marjoram - 1/4 tsp
- slices bacon - 6 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- kielbasa - 1 lb
- large carrots, sliced - 2 item
- small bunch broccoli - 1 item
- red potatoes, sliced - 1 lb
How to make kielbasa casserole:
Fry bacon crisp; drain on paper towel. Add marjoram to bacon drippings. Saute carrots, potatoes and broccoli in bacon drippings until tender. Add water and kielbasa; cover and cook 10 minutes. Top with crushed bacon pieces.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
