Ingredients/Components
- Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
- oregano or Italian seasoning
- sirloin beef roast, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick - 3 lb
- water with 2 beef bouillon cubes - 1 c
How to make italian beef:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat in a large size Reynolds cooking bag. Bake in 350° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until very tender. Pour everything in bag over sliced roast when finished.
