Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- bagels, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 3 item
How to make bagel chips:
Heat oven to 325°. Mix oil, margarine and garlic; brush onto bagel slices. Bake slices on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until bagels are crisp. Store in tightly covered container.Note: Excellent low-fat, low cholesterol snack.
