- marjoram - 1 tsp
- hot pepper sauce to taste - 1 item
- thyme - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 2 3
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- beef roast - 3 5
How to make italian beef:
Roast meat uncovered at 350° until internal reading is 150°, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water and bouillon to pan drippings; stir in seasonings and green peppers. Simmer 15 minutes (do not allow to boil). Put sliced beef intoRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
