- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- accent - 1 tsp
- beef roast - 3 4
How to make italian beef:
Put roast in covered roaster and fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients. Bake covered at 325° for 4 to 5 hours or in crockpot until well done and tender.If using crockpot method, begin on high temperature until it starts to simmer then turn to low and proceed.
