  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • accent - 1 tsp
  • beef roast - 3 4

How to make italian beef:

Put roast in covered roaster and fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients. Bake covered at 325° for 4 to 5 hours or in crockpot until well done and tender.

If using crockpot method, begin on high temperature until it starts to simmer then turn to low and proceed.
