Baked chicken and rice
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 3 item
- Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
- wild or regular rice - 3/4 c
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Grease baking dish. Pour rice into dish. Slowly add 2 cups water. Place salt and peppered chicken on top of rice. Pour mushroom soup over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
