Broccoli casserole



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, diced - 1/2 c
  • eggs, boiled - 4 item
  • can onion rings - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli with or without cheese - 2 pkg

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Saute onion, salt and mustard in 1/2-stick margarine. Add cream of mushroom soup and cook until bubbly.

In a casserole dish put a layer of broccoli, a layer of soup mixture, a layer of cheese and a layer of sliced boiled eggs. Repeat layers one more time.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Then top with onion rings and bake for 5 minutes or until brown.
