Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 c
- eggs, boiled - 4 item
- can onion rings - 1 item
- frozen broccoli with or without cheese - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Saute onion, salt and mustard in 1/2-stick margarine. Add cream of mushroom soup and cook until bubbly.In a casserole dish put a layer of broccoli, a layer of soup mixture, a layer of cheese and a layer of sliced boiled eggs. Repeat layers one more time.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Then top with onion rings and bake for 5 minutes or until brown.
