Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can corn - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- crackers - 1 pkg
- small box Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- broccoli frozen - 1 pkg
- can round potatoes - 1 item
How to make veggie casserole:
In large pot, boil broccoli until soft. Cut potatoes into cubes. Pour broccoli and potatoes into baking dish. Pour in remaining ingredients. Crush crackers and spread over mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
