  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
  • cream - 1/2 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
  • Topping:1 stick butter, melted

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 stick butter, melted1/3 c. flour1 c. pecans, chopped1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut Mix first 7 ingredients. Place into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix the topping ingredients and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
