  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • butter - 9 Tbsp
  • water
  • cheese - 1 item
  • onion salt optional
  • mashed potatoes prefer Hungry Jack - 7 c

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Combine water, butter, salt and onion salt. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add milk, mashed potatoes, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix with mixer to make sure it is smooth. Put in 3-quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1
