  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • water - 1 c
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced - 4 item
  • medium potatoes, cubed - 4 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • weiners, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 1 lb

How to make hot dog casserole:

Melt butter in electric skillet and add potatoes, carrots, onions and weiners. Saute for a few minutes. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover then and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
