Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- to 10 frankfurters - 8 item
- Aunt Jemima cornmeal - 2/3 c
How to make corn dogs:
Combine all ingredients, except frankfurters; mix well. Insert wooden skewer in one end of each frankfurter. Coat with additional flour. Dip into cornmeal mixture. Fry in deep, hot oil (375°) until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, < 30 mins, Kid Friendly.
