- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/3 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- water optional - 1/2 c
- Morton Quick salt - 2 Tbsp
- whole peppercorns optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make salami:
Mix and wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove wrap. Form into 2 rolls, about 2 inches in diameter. Bake on broiler rack at 300° for 1 hour. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Meat, Beef.
