Monterey spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can French fried onions, divided - 1 item
- spaghetti - 4 oz
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
How to make monterey spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In a medium bowl, beat egg. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain spaghetti. Add to egg mixture with cheese, spinach and half of onions. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions.
