  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 3 item
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • crabmeat - 1 c
  • slices English muffins - 6 item

How to make hot crabmeat sandwiches:

Mix all filling ingredients and spread on muffins. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 325° to melt cheese.
