  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • can corned beef hash - 1 item
  • Gently knead on floured board

How to make hash pinwheels with cheese sauce:

Stir baking mix, water and margarine to soft dough. Gently knead on floured board. Roll to 12 x 9-inch rectangle. Spread hash to within 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle with pepper. Roll from narrow edge and cut in 1-inch slices. Place on greased pan and bake at 450° for 30 minutes. Serve with hot Cheese Sauce.Cheese Sauce:2 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. dry mustard1 c. milk1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1/8 tsp. pepper Melt margarine. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk, boil 1 minute and stir in cheese. Stir until melted.
