- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium stalk celery, thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make cheddar cheese soup:
Cover and simmer onion and celery in margarine in 2-quart saucepan until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour, pepper and mustard. Add chicken broth and milk.
