- beef - 2 lb
- pork - 1 lb
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- medium onions - 3 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- bottle tomato ketchup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make hash:
Cook meat until tender and can pull apart. Remove meat from broth and cool. Tear apart. Put potatoes and onions in broth and cook until very tender. Put meat in with other ingredients; let simmer for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
