Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- butter or margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 1/2
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir in remaining butter. Place in baking dish. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
