- 8 oz
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- cooked Minute rice
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Combine cooked broccoli, rice, soup and 1/2 cup onions in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes or until hot. Microwave cheese spread according to label directions. Stir cheese spread into broccoli mixture; top with remaining onions. Microwave 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
