Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- corn flakes - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well. Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Crush cereal and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
