Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- Southern hash brown potatoes Mr - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all together and put in 9 x 12-inch pan. Dot top with margarine. Sprinkle 1 cup of corn flakes (crunched up) on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 adults.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
