- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 (32
How to make hash brown casserole:
In a large bowl, combine cheese, soup, onion, margarine, 1/4 salt, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Fold in hash browns. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine corn flakes and 1 tablespoon margarine and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
