Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 8 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- slices bread, cubed include crust - 6 item
- sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained and cooled - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight (about 12 hours) and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Note: I double the recipe because it looks better. Also, increase the cooking time from 35 minutes to 1 hour or so.
