- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb
- diced onions - 2 item
How to make quiche lorraine:
Golden fry onions in butter. Beat eggs and add all ingredients except 2 slices of Swiss cheese for top of pie to melt. Bake in 350° oven until brown on top (approximately 25 to 30 minutes).Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
