Bacon and cheese oven omelet
Ingredients/Components
- slices bacon - 12 item
- eggs - 8 item
- slices cheese - 6 item
- milk - 1 c
How to make bacon and cheese oven omelet:
Cook bacon. Drain. Chop 4 slices (leave rest whole). Arrange cheese in bottom of buttered 9 x 9-inch pan. Beat eggs and milk. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Arrange rest of bacon on top of omelet. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
You can add green peppers or onion, if you like. I have also made it without bacon.
