Breakfast quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- slices white bread - 12 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast quiche:
Cook sausage and drain fat. Butter 12 slices of white bread and place buttered side down in a casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Beat 6 eggs and add 1 cup milk. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over entire dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
