Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Potatoes should be defrosted. Drop in boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted margarine before baking.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
