- cold milk - 2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- 4 oz
- cold cooked rice - 1 c
- maraschino cherries optional - 1 item
- whipped topping optional - 1 item
How to make hasty pudding:
Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, American, Northeastern U.S..
