  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • bread cubes - 2 c
  • Melt stick of oleo and pour over

How to make hash brown casserole:

Pour hash browns into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt stick of oleo and pour over. Mix next 6 ingredients well and spread over hash browns.Topping:1 stick oleo2 c. bread cubes Mix and sprinkle over casserole mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
