Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- bread cubes - 2 c
- Melt stick of oleo and pour over
How to make hash brown casserole:
Pour hash browns into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt stick of oleo and pour over. Mix next 6 ingredients well and spread over hash browns.Topping:1 stick oleo2 c. bread cubes Mix and sprinkle over casserole mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
