Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 10 12
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted oleo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Casseroles.
