Ingredients/Components

  • water - 4 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped small - 1 item
  • large or 3 medium potatoes, cut in small pieces - 2 item
  • can chopped tomatoes with basil and oregano - 1 oz

How to make hamburger soup:

Cook hamburger with onion until well done. Add tomatoes, soup, water, seasonings and potatoes. Cook 35 minutes. May substitute 3/4 cup of macaroni for potatoes.
