Southwestern vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1 c
- shredded cabbage - 1 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- green beans - 1 c
- chili seasoning - 1 tsp
- canned tomatoes with juice 16 oz - 2 c
How to make southwestern vegetable soup:
Place tomatoes in blender container. Process on puree for 10 seconds. Pour into a large container. Add chicken broth, cabbage, onions, green beans and carrots. Mix well to combine. Stir in chili seasoning. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 4. Freezes well.Recipe categories: American, Soups & stews, Southwestern u.s..
