Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1/2 gal
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- carrots - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- Accent - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 2 tsp
- frozen veggies - 2 c
How to make pepper soup:
Put all veggies in pan; cover with water and simmer until tender. In a large kettle, melt 1 stick butter. Add 1 cup flour slowly and work out all the lumps. Then slowly add 1/2 gallon water and cook until thick. Drain veggies and add to broth. Add browned hamburger, stewed tomatoes, pepper, Accent and beef bouillon.
